RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At The Lost Corner, it is very important to us that you receive your item in excellent condition. Should your item be damaged, we would ask you to return this to: The Lost Corner Ltd, 77 Church Road, London, SW13 9HH, United Kingdom. The item should be returned as you received it, with the original packaging, documentation and most importantly unused. As part of this, we would ask you to complete the ‘return document’ highlighting the reason/s for returning. We would recommend using a proof of delivery on packages being returned. We cannot be responsible for return items that go missing or are damaged in the post. On receipt, we can either replace the item or refund the cost of the item including your return delivery cost. For the return delivery price (customer to The Lost Corner), we will use the lowest price quoted to us by our delivery firms. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Our return policy for items where you have changed your mind are as follows. Returns should be made within 14 days of receiving the order, and returned to: The Lost Corner Ltd, 77 Church Road, London, SW13 9HH, United Kingdom.  Items should be returned with the completed return form and documents, as you received them, unused and in their original packaging. The Lost Corner will not be responsible for the return delivery cost. We would recommend using a proof of delivery on packages being returned. We cannot be responsible for return items that go missing or are damaged in the post. On receipt, we will offer a refund or exchange. The refund will not include the cost of returning the item to The Lost Corner, and the customer will be required to pay postage from The Lost Corner to their address if an exchange is preferred. In some situations, the exchange item may cost more than the original item. In this case, an additional payment will be added to the return delivery cost before the item can be delivered.

In both scenarios, we reserve the right to reduce, partly or completely, any refund if the item is not returned to The Lost Corner in the condition we sent it- including but not limited to, unused, item in original packaging and documentation. Please ensure items returned by post are well packaged and prepared. 

Additional thoughts:

Bespoke items that have been individually prepared for our customers can only be returned if they are damaged, and cannot be returned or exchanged should you change your mind.

Presents can be exchanged under the guidelines laid out in our ‘change your mind’return policy, but not refunded as refunds can only be made to the buyers debit or credit card.

Cancellation of orders: From a practical standpoint, once an order is dispatched via our delivery firms it falls under our Return policy.​​​​​​
